Douche Bag Dad Award Winner Jon Gosselin

Today I have started a new category on Haute Times in the City. This is a category for the the biggest douche bag dad. What really makes a dad a douche bag you ask? I think the best way to describe a douche bag dad is to use Jon Gosselin as an example. For those of you who are not familiar with Jon Gosselin he is the father from the reality show "Jon and Kate Plus 8". He recently separated from his wife and by recently I mean a month ago. This week he was featured on the cover of practically every gossip magazine, right next to Michael Jackson, with his twenty two year old girlfriend in France. Shameless. I understand breakups are complicated. I know its important to move on with your life but this breakup involves 8 children. How are you going to leave all your children at home with their mom while you are jet setting with your new girlfriend? You must have a lot of balls to think that it is anywhere slightly acceptable to be prancing around Europe with your new girlfriend while your kids are chillin' at home. So for this Jon, you have now been crowned with the title of "Douche Bag Dad of the Week". Enjoy this honor because it will be the last thing that you will be awarded in the next century.
